May

on the mat. in the garden. at the table.

Mindful movement, seasonal gardening and steady practices for mind, body and soil.

May is a month of quiet awakening—where the earth softens, roots deepen, and new growth rises with steady intention.

On the mat, we mirror this unfolding by bringing awareness to the spine as our central channel of support and expression.

Through gentle, intentional movement, we explore both stability and fluidity—grounding down through the legs and pelvis while inviting length, space, and ease through the spine.

Like the garden stretching toward the sun, this practice encourages us to move with curiosity and patience, awakening from within and trusting the natural rhythm of growth.

My teaching is rooted in this same connection to nature. As a yoga teacher and grower, I’m continually inspired by the cycles of the earth—how we prepare the soil, tend what’s emerging, and allow space for growth to happen in its own time.

My classes are slow, accessible, and mindful, offering space for all bodies to feel supported.

Whether we are moving, breathing, or resting, the intention is to help you reconnect to yourself, build a steady foundation, and cultivate a sense of ease that extends beyond the mat and into your everyday life.

Stay Steady,

Heather
