CULTIVATING STEADINESS
This month in our practice, we are cultivating steadiness — in body, breath, and mind.
Together we’ll build strength from the ground up, exploring strong foundations, steady gaze, and calm breathing as we gently work toward arm balances and new perspectives. Using props and thoughtful progressions, each class will offer options so you can move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
Steadiness isn’t about gripping or forcing. It’s about rooting down so you can rise with clarity and confidence.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are, and we’ll grow from there.
